Job batches can also be managed starting from an archive of predefined batches, which are selected and associated with the job. In fact, the Name field allows you to open the archive of predefined Job Batches, to which it will then be possible to associate the data relating to that batch for the specific job.
Batch management
After creating the batches, the Job management window shows two new buttons, as shown in the image on the side.
These buttons allow you to:
- assign the typologies in the job, differentiating them by batch;
- decide the number of pieces of a single typology for each batch;
- choose different structures of the same typology and insert them into different batches, for example in the case of a curtain wall.
Assigning typologies
- Select the
button and then the
button;
- choose the typologies to assign to the batch by selecting them with the mouse;
- once the assignment operation is complete, the Job management window appears as shown in the image on the side.
- Deselect the Operator 1 button and select the
button on the side of the window;
- repeat the assignment operations described previously;
- once the assignment operation is complete, the Job management window appears as shown in the image on the side.
Assigning pieces of a single typology
- After assigning the typologies to the batches, it is also possible to decide the number of pieces for each typology.
Select a typology and open the window as shown in the image on the side.
- Once the operation is complete, in the Job management window the number of assigned pieces will be shown for each typology.
Merging multiple job batches
- After assigning the typologies to the batches, it is possible to decide to merge them in order to process them together. To do this, select the batches to be merged and hold down the
modify button for a few seconds, until the window shown on the side appears.
- once the batches have been merged, the Job management window appears as shown in the image on the side.
