Section 1: action buttons
- The
button allows you to export the contents of the current window to a spreadsheet-format document, such as Excel. More information about using this function can be found on the dedicated page.
Section 2: profile data
- Name
: this is the profile code.
- Int. color
: allows you to specify the internal color of the item.
- Ext. color
: allows you to specify the external color of the item.
Section 3: profile optimization settings
- Optimization type
: this field opens a drop-down menu where it is possible to set the optimization type to apply to the profile. For the use of this field, see the Optimization parameters chapter.
Section 4: settings for increasing bars
- Additional bars: allows you to enter the number of bars required to order additional material.
- The entered value is added directly to the number of bars calculated by the program.
- Example:
- bars calculated by the program: 20
- additional bars: 2
- total bars ordered: 22
- Increase bars: allows you to enter a percentage value to automatically increase the number of bars to be ordered.
- The value must be entered without the % symbol.
- The increase is applied to the requirement of the selected profile.
- This function is useful for allowing for additional material due to offcuts, waste, or warehouse stock.
- Example:
- bars calculated by the program: 20
- bar increase: 10
- total bars ordered: 22
Section 5: modifying bar dimensions
- Bar length: field that allows you to indicate a different bar length for the job.
- Original: in this field, the program shows the data recorded in the archive.
Section 6: modifying the assigned cutting machine
- Cutting machine
: from the associated menu, it is possible to select a cutting machine to assign to the profile.
- Original: in this field, the program shows the cutting machine to which the profile is assigned.
Section 7: modifying the profile height
- Height: field that allows you to modify the profile height.
- Original: in this field, the program shows the data recorded in the archive.
Section 8: modifying the assigned welding machine
- Welding machine
: from the associated menu, it is possible to select a welding machine to assign to the profile.
