Note N.B: To access this window in Opera Job Management: from the Settings menu, select the Manufacturing workers button.

The Workers archive allows you to manage company workers, their personal data, assigned tasks, operational authorizations, and program access settings.

In this archive it is possible to insert new workers, associate an image or avatar, define contact data, assign tasks, and configure any limitations or permissions related to the use of Opera Job Management.

Contents

Workers list

The left side of the window contains the list of registered production workers.

Each worker can be identified by:

  • worker name or code;
  • associated icon or avatar;
  • position in the list;
  • possible image displayed in the lower panel.

Selecting a name allows you to view and modify personal data, permissions, and assigned tasks.
