Management of the profile price list
Note N.B: To access this window in Opera Job Management: from the Profiles Archive, select the profile and the File:tastolistino2.png button.

The Management of the profile price list window allows you to configure the price list values of the single profile by linking it to a price list revision and defining the reference item, dimensions, variants, increases, discounts, and print or publication options.

Function buttons

The buttons in the side toolbar allow you to manage the price list values:

  • File:+.png: allows you to insert a new price list value.
  • File:-.png: allows you to delete the selected price.
  • File:modifica.png: allows you to modify the data of the selected price.
  • File:=.png: allows you to copy the selected price.
  • File:tastopercentuale.png: allows you to manage an automatic price increase. (See how to manage price increases)
  • File:tastocataloghi.png opens the Technical catalogs management window, which allows you to insert the catalog page or technical data sheet of the profile.
  • file:tastoexcel.png allows you to export the contents of the current window to a spreadsheet-format document, such as Excel. More information about using this function can be found on the dedicated page.


Main price data

  • Price list revision File:tastoc.png: allows you to indicate the price list revision to which the price belongs.
  • Type File:tastomenutendina.png: data set by the program to the Profile type.
  • Profile: data set by the program to the Profile code.
  • System File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to indicate the system of belonging.
  • Series File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to indicate the series of belonging.
  • Typology File:tastoc.png: allows you to indicate a specific typology, when the price refers to a typology.
  • Color File:tastoc.png: allows you to indicate the color to which the price refers.
  • Customization File:tastoc.png: allows you to indicate the customization linked to the price.
  • Revision source group File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to indicate the source group of the revision.


Dimensions and validity

This section allows you to define the dimensional conditions for applying the price.

  • W: indicates the reference width.
  • H: indicates the reference height.
  • Range: allows you to indicate the tolerance field or interval applicable to the width.
  • Range: allows you to indicate the tolerance field or interval applicable to the height.
  • Not valid: if enabled, excludes the price from the validity of the price list.
  • Apply color variation: if enabled, applies the variation linked to the color to the price.
  • Sup. Max: allows you to indicate the maximum surface of application.
  • Position: allows you to indicate the position of the price or rule in the price list.


Pane data and performance values

This section contains the data linked to panes and performance values. In the case of the profile, these fields are disabled because they are not applicable.


Prices, increases and application conditions

This section allows you to set the price list value, any increases, and the price application conditions.

  • Price: indicates the price list value.
  • No typology markup: if enabled, excludes the application of the typology markup in the job.
  • % price increase: allows you to indicate a percentage increase to be applied to the price.
  • Area price: allows you to indicate a price calculated according to the area.
  • Apply on over: allows the price to be applied starting from a specified minimum billable value.
  • Min. purchase(m²): allows you to indicate a minimum purchase value for prices per square meter.
  • Price per m: allows you to indicate a price calculated per linear meter.
  • Min. purchase(m): allows you to indicate a minimum purchase value for prices per meter.
  • From purchasing price: if enabled, obtains the value from the purchasing price.
  • Parts discount: applies any discounts linked to the material or parts.
  • Markup: allows you to indicate a percentage markup to be applied to the price.
  • Purchasing price: shows the purchasing price.
  • Selling discount rates File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to indicate the selling discount rate to be applied. The value auto indicates that the rate is managed automatically by the program.
  • on window dimension: allows you to apply the price or markup according to the window dimension.
  • on real length: allows you to apply the price or markup according to the real length.


Link to another price list

This section is not applicable to the profile.


Codes, description and publication

  • Code: allows you to indicate the code linked to the price list value.
  • Desc. File:tastoc.png: allows you to enter a description of the price or price list rule.
  • Keyword: allows you to enter a search or classification keyword.
  • Show on window chart: if enabled, shows the price in the window chart.
  • XML export: if enabled, includes the price in the XML export.
  • Send to webservice: if enabled, sends the price or rule to the data intended for the webservice.


Date and hour

  • Date: indicates the date on which the price was inserted or updated.
  • Hour: indicates the time on which the price was inserted or updated.
