How to send a COZ

N.B: To access this pane in Opera Job Management: from the Job Management menu, select the Management button- The function of this button
is very useful if due to technical support needs you want to send the job order to the technicians in service. In fact, once you have selected the job to be sent, pressing it will open the Send Job to Opera Company panel.
- To send a .COZ of a job, hilight the job in the list, press this button and then press OK. Then a window will open asking where do you want to create the file. A .COZ is a file that contain the whole job, including rpofiles, accessories, typologies and machinings. This function is mostly used by support technicians to help with problems with specific jobs.
File
- The operator at this point from the Type drop-down menu, choosing File can save a file that can be emailed (if size permits) to the Opera Company technical department.
N.B: See image- If you have a mail program by selecting Type from the drop-down menu, choose Electronic Mail select the address of the technician to whom the job is to be addressed. By confirming the operation, the program will connect to the program that manages your e-mail by attaching the file containing your quote data.
