How to export data to a spreadsheet and import changes to Opera

Opera Job Management's archiving frameworks allow, by means of a special File:Keyexcel.png button, the export to an excell sheet of the data in the archive in which you are working. Modified data can be re-imported into the program after the file has been recorded.

Let's see how:

  • Edit the data and save the spreadsheet; this message will appear on the program

File:Datimodificati.png

  • Select the File:Yes.png button, and on the next screen showing the changed data, select the File:ok.png button to apply the changes.

Note N.B: Always make a backup copy before making any changes
