The framework of project setting

N.B: To access this pane in Opera Job Management: from the Options menu, select the Projects button

Description of contents

This pane allows you to configure all settings related to the use of different projects located in different Opera workbooks. Failure to fill them in correctly will not allow the project to be opened and the previous one will be restored.

Domaines

• Nome : is the name associated with the project to be opened
• Descrizione : Is the description of the project

The next fields can be used to graphically differentiate the open project view.

• Sf. popup : consete to change color in the background of menus
• Valori : allows you to change the color of titles in menus

Pathways

• Percorso archivi  : The location in which to store (or from which to upload) the archives
• Percorso operatori  : The path in which to store (or from which to load) the operators
• Percorso archivio clienti  : The location in which to store (or from which to upload) the client archive
• Percorso commesse  : The location in which to store (or from which to upload) your orders
• Percorso contab.  : The location in which to store (or from which to upload) the warehouse archives
• Percorso immagini  : The location in which to store (or from which to upload) external documents

• Percorso CNdrivers  : The path to be accessed for using the drivers for the machines
• Percorso hardware drivers  : The path to be accessed for external hardware drivers.
• Percorso filtri  : the path where to store (or from which to load) the export/import filters
• Percorso report esterni  : The location in which to store (or from which to load) external reports
• Path logfile  : the path where to store the log file, which records in a text file the operations performed in the program.
• Percorso stampe  : If valued, the program saves all printouts in PDF format to the specified location before printing them.

N.B: This function is compatible with Adobe Reader and Foxit Reader

• Max files aperti : maximum number of archive files open at the same time
• Compressione  : type of data compression in the archive
• Tipo gestione permessi e log  : Indicates the type of permission and log management

Network configuration path

• Rete : Enables archives to be shared among multiple workstations
• Percorso  : the network path where the shared archives are located

External copy path

• Percorso copie esterne  : path where external backups of the selected project will be saved.

Tools

• : allows you to specify a parent folder, containing all data.
• : Allows you to specify cloud backup settings
• : allows you to set the WEB connection parameters
