Production operators

Note N.B: To access this pane in Opera Job Management: from the Normative menu, select the FPC submenu and the Operators button in sequence. From the Workshop menu of the program, select the Production Operators item.

This file allows you to manage the company's personnel and their tasks. The procedure for entering an operator is shown below:

  1. Click the Image:tastopiu.png button to enter a new operator.
  2. Assign a code, preferably short, to the new operator.
  3. Enter operator's first and last name and date of entry into service
  4. The Barcode field, if filled in, allows the operator's badge to be printed through the File:Keyprint2.png
  5. Clicking the File:Keyphoto.png button allows you to load an 'image to associate with the operator.
  6. Press File:Keyoc.png to assign one or more tasks to the same operator.
  7. Press the File:Keystroke.png button to confirm data entry.
Note N.B: It is possible to sort the list of operators using the appropriate keys File:KeyshiftSU.png - File:Keyfreccia spostmentoGIU.png It is also possible to sort them automatically by name, by holding down the shift key Image:shift.png on the keyboard and pressing one of the arrows, the image on the side will be shown.


Adding, changing, or removing operators requires the presence of a Password change permissions that can be activated from the menu Setup password

As described in step 6), pressing the File:Keyoc.png button allows you to select a task to be assigned to the operator; you can access the Task Table framework by pressing the File:Keyarchive.png button.

The tasks of production operators with their respective description and descriptive text are entered in this frame; the information here will then be printed in the attachments to the CVT.

Note N.B: This archive must already be present within Opera; if it is not there, contact the Opera Company's technical support service.
