Note N.B: To access this window from Opera Job Management: open Options menu, then select Remote assistance

This option allow the user to receive help desk support from Opera Technical department directly on local archives. Thus an Internet connection is required n order to perform the operation.

Note NOTE:
The help desk connection can be established only after being enabled via phone call from Opera
