Using price list items

Price list items can be used in two different ways:

For typologies linked to Price list revisions, it is sufficient to fill in the main data of the Price list items window and the dimensional parameters of the price grid, such as Width from/to, Height from/to, and step. These values allow the program to develop the price list according to the set dimensions.

For price list items not directly linked to price list revisions, the main data of the Price list items window must be filled in, while the calculation of the tabular price list or calculation file is performed by opening the management window using the button. From this window, it is possible to select the typology, set the required data, and generate the price development.

Main typology data

Press the File:tastopiu.png button and enter the data of the typology for which the price list must be created.

The main fields to be filled in are:

  • Name: name of the price list item.
  • Master name File:tastoc.png: allows you to indicate a master or reference typology.
  • System File:tastomenutendina.png: system to which the typology belongs.
  • Series File:tastomenutendina.png: series to which the typology belongs.
  • Category File:tastoc.png: category of the typology.
  • Code: identification code of the typology.
  • Standard: if enabled, indicates that the typology is to be considered standard.
  • Typology File:tastoc.png: allows you to link the typology present in the archive.
  • Custom.: allows you to indicate any reference or customization.
  • Revision source group File:tastomenutendina.png: group to which the typology belongs.
  • Desc. File:tastoc.png: description of the typology.
  • Date: insertion or update date of the price list item.
Note N.B: For designing price list typologies linked to price list revisions, see also How to insert useful price list typologies for a price list revision.

Price grid parameters

The fields relating to dimensions are required and must be filled in if the price list item must be used:

These fields determine the dimensions that must appear in the price list grid.

  • Do not calculate price grid: if enabled, excludes the typology from price grid calculation.
  • Width from: indicates the starting width of the grid.
  • to: indicates the final width of the grid.
  • step: indicates the interval between one width and the next.
  • Minimum width: indicates the minimum allowed width. The value auto indicates that the data is managed automatically by the program.
  • max: indicates the maximum allowed width. The value auto indicates that the data is managed automatically by the program.
  • Height from: indicates the starting height of the grid.
  • to: indicates the final height of the grid.
  • step: indicates the interval between one height and the next.
  • Minimum height: indicates the minimum allowed height. The value auto indicates that the data is managed automatically by the program.
  • max: indicates the maximum allowed height. The value auto indicates that the data is managed automatically by the program.

Additional calculations and publication

It is also possible to fill in additional fields required for creating Price list revisions and printing the price list items Window Chart.

  • Calculate glass surface area: if enabled, includes the pane surface area in the calculation.
  • Calculate thermal transmittance: if enabled, calculates the typology thermal transmittance.
  • Send to webservice: if enabled, allows the typology to be published in the data intended for the web.
  • Margin rates sets File:tastoc.png: allows you to enter a group of Margin rates to be applied to the price list.
  • % salesman: allows you to indicate the salesperson percentage.
