This window allows you to enter technical catalogs or technical data sheets, divided by System and Series.

Section 1: filters
The first section contains the fields used to filter the catalogs or sheets already registered:
- System/Series: shows only the catalogs or sheets for the selected System and Series.
- Type: shows the documents selected from a drop-down menu, such as catalogs or technical data sheets.
- Keyword: allows you to filter documents according to the associated Keyword.
Section 2: function buttons

: buttons for inserting, deleting, modifying, and copying a document.

allows you to view any attachments associated with the entered document.

allows you to export the contents of the current window to a spreadsheet-format document, such as Excel. More information about using this function can be found on the dedicated page.
Section 3: document master data
- Name/Desc.: in these fields, enter the name of the catalog or technical data sheet and its description.
- Keyword: allows you to associate a search keyword, usable in the filter fields, when several documents are registered in the archive.
- Type: in this field, specify the type of document to associate with the System and Series.
- Language: field that allows you to define the document language.
- System/Series: fields for selecting the reference system and series.
- Send to webservice:: allows you to send the document to the web portal if the Web Price Lists step is active.
Section 4: action buttons
The Icon button
- The
button opens the Icon management window relating to the technical catalog or sheet.
- Section 1: function buttons
- Section 2: icon data
- Type: icon type. Chosen when created using the
button and cannot be modified.
- Default: if enabled, indicates that this icon is to be used as the default icon.
- Name: icon name.
- Icon format: icon format. Set when created using the
button and cannot be modified.
- Transparency: sets the transparency type of the image. The drop-down menu allows you to enter: none, darker, first pixel, and alpha channel.
- Content only: when enabled, shows only the content without extending the display to the entire page.
- Display symbol: specifies in which situation the symbol is displayed. The drop-down menu allows you to enter: standard, saw/workcenter, video, print, workcenter, DXF, shape, photo, document, preview, saw, InfoPoint, preview, source profile, node, 3D, typology diagram, design sheet, hardware.
- Default page: default page of the document.
- Print pages: indicates the pages of the document to print.
- Type: icon type. Chosen when created using the

: allows you to save or acquire the linked document.

SVG: allows you to manage the file in SVG format, when available.

Edit: allows you to modify the linked document or image.

Dimen: opens the window for modifying the document or image dimensions.

Cut: allows you to cut or crop the displayed image/document.

Convert: allows you to convert the document or image into a format that can be managed by the program.

Re-dist: allows you to redistribute or reprocess the document content, when supported by the selected format.
The Chapters button
- The
button opens the window for managing the individual catalog chapters and entering the pages of greatest interest.
- Section 1: function buttons
- Section 2: chapter data
- Type: allows you to choose among various values: custom, profiles, accessories, certificates, cutting list, machinings, nodes, typologies, systems, series, colors, panes.
- Name: chapter name.
- Description: chapter description.
- Pages: chapter pages.

- The
button opens the window for entering the technical detail of the catalog or sheet as a job attachment.
- Section 1: function buttons
- Section 2: detail data
- N.Detail: field for entering the detail number.
- Page: number of the page from which the detail was selected.
- Do not print: if selected, prevents the detail from being printed.
- PDF print type
: indicates how the PDF content will be inserted in the printout: Raster, Vectorial, Embed PDF, Insert page.
- Transparency: sets the transparency type of the image. The drop-down menu allows you to enter: none, darker, first pixel, and alpha channel.
