General printing configuration

  • Profile lines thickness: Allows you to choose the thickness of the lines in the on-screen display
  • Print dimensions in black: print the types in the color orders
  • Print color diagrams: in printing it automatically activates the display of stops and joints
  • Print category diagrams: print the category of the type in the diagrams
  • ID codes in multiple diagrams: print the type ID code in multiple patterns instead of the ordinal number
  • Descriptions in multiple diagrams: print the type description in the multiple diagrams
  • Maximize scale in diagrams: Print the typology in the diagrams at the largest possible size.
  • Always print hinges: displays hinges in both internal and external views
  • Always print locks: displays locks in both internal and external views
  • Opening symbols: Symbology indicating the type of opening in the facilities
  • Symbols thickness: thickness of the lines that make up the symbols
  • Show item names in sections: when creating nodes, the names of the individual component objects are also displayed in the drawing
  • Font size for item names: allows you to enlarge or reduce the size of the names of individual objects in the node
  • Print all messages: select the type of messages to be printed in the full diagrams
  • Print full diagrams messages: print all messages in scheme, both errors and warnings.

Cut list print setup

  • Dimension type in cutting listFile:tastomenutendina.png

This is the type of dimension that the program will report in the printout of the cutting list: External, if it calculates the measurement at the extreme tip of the stop; Internal, if it calculates the measurement at the tip of the glass wing; Tubularity, custom dimension; Cutter, based on the dimension set in the cut-off machine; Probe, in the presence of a cut-off machine with a probe; Camera does not consider the stop. If the Tubularity parameter is set, it is necessary in profile archive, for each profile, to enter the reference quota in the dedicated box.

This box shows in print, either the name of the profile as entered in the archives, or the code referring to the coloring that needs to be set in the profile's price entry frames.

  • Print single window quantities

In Full Diagrams, print unit quantities for types with multiple pieces.

  • Print machinings Ref.

Prints, in the cutting list and cutting optimization, the label reference to be printed on the profile labels, as set in the machining operations archive. This field can be used when label printing is not available for certain machines, but a reference is required or traceability must be ensured.

  • Print clamping

Report the clamping position of the profiles in the cutting list. This position must be determined by the operator in the cut-off machine dictionary.

  • Swap machine view in clampings

Prints the clamps as viewed from the right side of the machine.

  • Prints front clamp

When printing clamps print the workpiece viewed from the front

  • Show workcenter clamp

Print the vise in machining center workings.

  • Tools on CNC machine profiles

Indicates the tools used in the work center profile printout.

  • Horizontal profile symbol

Field used to enter a symbol visible in the diagrams, indicating the cutting orientation of the profile.

  • Vertical profile symbol

Field used to enter a symbol visible in the diagrams, indicating the cutting orientation of the profile.

Print setup optimization

  • Optimized dimension typeFile:tastomenutendina.png

It is the type of dimension that the program will report in the print-out of the optimization bill, internal or external, tubularity, or the type of dimension set in the parameters of the cut-off machine.

  • Expand equal ID

In case of multible bars, it prints all ID codes even if they are the same

  • Optimization codetypeFile:tastomenutendina.png

The function of this box is the same as the previous one, referring to the cut list

  • Compact optimization printout

When activated this box changes the order of the cutting sequence and compacts the optimization printout

Full diagrams print setup

  • Dimension type in full diagrams File:tastomenutendina.png

This is the type of dimension that the program will show in the full diagrams printout.

  • Group equals

Groups identical cuts in the full diagrams printout.

  • Full diagrams code type File:tastomenutendina.png

In this field, the operator can choose whether the item name or the possible code that the same item takes according to the color should be shown in the full diagrams printout.

  • Shapes prop.

The value entered in this field determines the size of the profile sections in the full diagrams printout.

  • Full diagrams prof.descr. File:tastomenutendina.png

This field allows you to choose whether to insert the function or the description of the profile characteristics in the cutting list of the full diagrams.

  • Print panes on full diagrams

Prints the panes description in the full diagrams.

  • Typology description File:tastomenutendina.png

Type of printout of the typology description in the full diagrams (Center, Separate left).

  • Frame dimension File:tastomenutendina.png

This field affects the full diagrams printout; when enabled, it determines the insertion of the external frame dimension in the printout.

  • Weights in full diagrams

It is enabled if a frame dimension type has been selected and prints the weight details in the full diagrams.

  • Labour in diagrams

Prints the labour time in the diagrams.

  • Print clamping

Prints the clamping position in the cutting lists.

  • Barcode length File:tastomenutendina.png

Allows you to define the barcode length to be inserted in the full diagrams.

  • Barcode diagrams

Allows you to define the barcode format to be inserted in the full diagrams.

  • No colors

If enabled, the color of profiles and accessories is not printed in the full diagrams.

  • Show notes in delivery list

Prints the typology notes instead of the description in the delivery list.

  • Multiple diagram

Prints the typology notes entered in the Design Sheet using the function in multiple diagrams and typology diagrams.

  • Job management

Prints the typology notes entered in the Design Sheet using the function in typology diagrams.

  • Full diagrams

Prints the typology notes entered in the Design Sheet using the function in full diagrams, structure diagrams, diagrams and profiles, and diagrams and accessories.

  • Modules notes

Prints the typology notes entered in the Design Sheet using the function in the modules.

Miscellaneous setup

  • Node prop. in nodes and machinings: field that allows you to increase the node proportions in the Nodes and workings printout.
  • Encumbrance ratio: defines the proportion between the chamber and the dimension in the Nodes and workings printout.


Rendering 3D

Note N.B: The first time you log in you will be prompted to install the Media Pack. It is recommended to perform the installation in the Opera Job Management folder.
