Custom job prices

N.B: To access this window in Opera Job Management: from the Materials window, select the button.

This window allows you to modify the prices of the materials entered in the job.
The Description of editable contents has been divided according to the different Type variants.

Job Price: Profile

• Type: this field will show the item Profile.
  
• Name: this field must contain the item code.
  
• Int. color: this field must contain the internal color code.
  
• Ext. color: this field must contain the external color code.
  
• Extra color: this field shows the possible extra profile color, when present.
  
• Code: the code related to the price must be entered here.
  
• Supplier code: the supplier code for the order must be entered here.
  
• Applied price type: It is possible to specify different price types according to the item.
  
  • It will be possible to choose a price by finished length, finished weight, or bar.
• Price: this field must contain the price to be modified.
  
• Discount: this field must contain the discount percentage.
  
• Notes: any notes can be entered in this field.
  
• Date: this field shows the date of the last price update.
  

Job Price: Accessory

• Type: this field will show the item Accessory.
  
• Name: this field must contain the item code.
  
• Color: this field must contain the color code.
  
• Length: this field must specify the filling width or the length of the “sash balance” accessory.
  
• Height: this field must specify the filling height.
  
• Weight: this field must specify the weight, only for the “sash balance” type accessory.
  
• Code: the code related to the price must be entered here.
  
• Supplier code: the supplier code for the order must be entered here.
  
• Applied price type: It is possible to specify different price types according to the item.
  
  • It will be possible to select standard, by perimeter, panel, pieces, or by package quantity.
• Unit of measurement: Standard according to the selected item.
  
• Price: this field must contain the price to be modified.
  
• Discount: this field must contain the discount percentage.
  
• Notes: any notes can be entered in this field.
  
• Date: this field shows the date of the last price update.
  

Job Price: Other

• Type: this field will show the item Other.
  
• Name: this field must contain the item code.
  
• Code: the code related to the price must be entered here.
  
• Supplier code: the supplier code for the order must be entered here.
  
• Price: this field must contain the price to be modified.
  
• Discount: this field must contain the discount percentage.
  
• Notes: any notes can be entered in this field.
  

Job Price: Muntin

• Type: this field will show the item Muntin.
  
• Name: this field must contain the item code. In the case of a price by series, the name will correspond to the series to which the price must be applied.
  
• Code: the code related to the price must be entered here.
  
• Supplier code: the supplier code for the order must be entered here.
  
• Price: this field must contain the price to be modified.
  
• Discount: this field must contain the discount percentage.
  
• Notes: any notes can be entered in this field.
  

Job Price: Color

• Type: this field will show the item Color.
  
• System: this field must contain the color system.
  
• Name: this field must contain the color code.
  
• Code: the code related to the price must be entered here.
  
• Supplier code: the supplier code for the order must be entered here.
  
• Applied price type: It is possible to specify different price types according to the item.
  
  • It will be possible to specify a price by Surface according to Weight.
• Price: this field must contain the price to be modified.
  
• Discount: this field must contain the discount percentage.
  
• Notes: any notes can be entered in this field.
  

Job Price: Price list

• Type: this field will show the item Price list.
  
• Name: this field shows the type code of the purchase price list.
  
• Int. color: this field shows the internal color.
  
• Ext. color: this field shows the external color.
  
• Typology: this field shows the typology position.
  
• Structure: this field shows the structure number.
  
• Code: the code related to the price must be entered here.
  
• Supplier code: the supplier code for the order must be entered here.
  
• Price: this field must contain the price to be modified.
  
• Discount: this field must contain the discount percentage.
  
• Notes: any notes can be entered in this field.
  
• Date: this field shows the date of the last price update.
  

N.B: This price can be managed by enabling the Material Purchase Price Lists step.

Job Price: Series

• Type: this field will show the item Series.
  
• System: this field must contain the color system.
  
• Name: this field must contain the series to which the price must be applied.
  
• Finish: this field must contain the finish.
  
• Int. color: this field must contain the internal color code.
  
• Ext. color: this field must contain the external color code.
  
• Code: the code related to the price must be entered here.
  
• Supplier code: the supplier code for the order must be entered here.
  
• Finish only: if enabled, it allows the price to be applied only to the finish, to which the raw price will be added.
  
• Price: this field must contain the price to be modified.
  
• Discount: this field must contain the discount percentage.
  
• Notes: any notes can be entered in this field.
  

Details of the materials window

After registering the price change, a marker will appear above the button, with a number that will progressively increase, indicating the number of changes made. In addition, in the material list, the unit price will be shown in square brackets.

N.B: Price changes only apply to the job on which the changes are made.
