This is the distance between the fixed frame and the subframe measured from the beginning of the chamber of one to the beginning of the chamber of the other.

It is the height of the tooth that has influence on the gut.
N.B: If the fixed frame is to be headed on the subframe Opera will consider the height of the tooth for the correct calculation of the cut length of the fixed frame.
