How to manage the Job Line Archive

The Job Line Archive

N.B: To access this pane in Opera Job Management: from the Job Management menu, select the Management button

Creation of the Job Order Row Archive

• Press the key to create a new job line.
• Enter a name and description
• Enter a price and a possible discount.
• If we activate the Apply after total item, the cost of the job line will not be applied to the quote total but considered as a separate cost.
• Activating the previous field, also allows you to enter calculation formulas in the appropriate field. The possible formulas are:
  • T = totale
  • N = numero tipologie
  • P = peso
  • Q = quadratura
• The inserted line can be hidden or made optional
• The File:Keyiconanew.png button allows you to match an image to the entered line
• When the input is finished, press the File:Keyoregister.png button to save the data.

Job Entry

• Select the File:Keyinser.png

The input choice window

• Select from the message the type of entry we want to make, in this case Job line

• The General data row type panel opens.
• Through the Name fieldFile:Keyoc.png we can create a Job Line to be included in the quote or select it from the Job Line Archive
• For each Line job order, you can make several choices related to the number of pieces and the definition of the price and its inclusion in the quote. The new feature is the inclusion of the field Quantities

Display in the quote

The Job rows entered in the estimate, are calculated in the total or after the same, if Apply after total is selected
