Bring yourself to the List menu and click on the List Types submenu, the Price List panel will open.
Press the File:tastopiu.png button and enter the data for the type whose list you want to create. Also fill in the fields Width from/to, Height from/to and Pitch, which will determine the measurements that should appear in the grid of the tabular list; finally, you can fill in all the fields necessary for the creation of your lists (Calculate square fills;Calculate transmittance; etc.). This data will appear in the printing of the Typology Abacus.

In the field Set Profit Classes you can enter a group of Profit Classes to be applied to this list, for which see the related link.

Press the File:Keymanagement3.png button to open the Type selection panel.

We choose the type for which we want to generate the price list, for example, a window with a double-hung shutter: the program will enter the type in the List management panel.

Pressing the File:Keyomodif.png button will open the General type data panel, where you can set the size, choose the color, match standards and certificates, etc:

After pressing the File:Keygeneration.png button, the program will leave you a few seconds on hold while it generates the price list, after which it will reopen the Price List Management' panel, where you can now see the price development, based on the dimensions you set,(the prices you see shown in the example are entirely indicative, and unrelated to reality): Press File:Keyook.png and you will return to the Manage Price List panel; to bring the development of your price list back to paper, select the File:Keyook3.png

After sending to print, you will re-enter the Manage Price List panel, press the File:Keyox.png button, and in the Price List panel, the File:Keyoregister.png button to archive the price list.

The creation of color variants

The color variant management framework

This framework allows you to create color variants to be associated with the listed type.

By pressing the File:Keyvariants.png button we access the Manage Price List Variants panel, where we can enter color variants to match the list types.

  • Press the image:tastopiu.png button and enter Name and Description of the coloring, for example, "RAL 1013"
  • We assign percentages for scrap, overhead, and packaging, and possibly activate the Material Discounts item. You can also assign a profit and discount percentage to the color family.

In case you want to import these percentages from the company's data, simply press the File:Keypercentages2.png

  • We assign the interior, exterior and accessory coloring of the base color.

  • Pressing the File:Keyfills.png button will open the fill management panel, where you can select a fill to assign to the coloring.
  • We repeat the previous steps for all the colorations we need to insert.
  • We save the changes by pressing the File:Keystroke.png button and exit the framework by pressing the File:Keystook.png button.

In the List Management panel, in the Variant section, the coloring matched to the type will appear, also visible when printing.
