How to handle systems equivalences

Note N.B: To access this pane in Opera Job Management: from the Types menu, select the System Equivalencies button


The creation of the Archives

  • Click on the File:+.png button to create an equivalence
  • Type the description you want to give to the equivalence
  • To save the entered data, click on the File:Record.png button.
Note N.B: Equivalences involve different levels of input: Series, Profiles, Accessories, Colorations and Options.

Through the keys File:keyseriesES.pngFile:keyprofilesES.pngFile:keyaccessoriesES.pngFile:keyoptionsES.png we open the respective frames and in each of them we enter the matches and record


Management from the Job Order

After setting all equivalences in the 'Systems Equivalences Archive, a new File:Keyequivalences.png button appears in the Job Management panel, which opens the Systems Equivalences Job Order panel.
The program shows the recorded equivalences:

  • Items in gray are those that have not been defined in the archive
  • entries with the File:Equivalenciesxross.png show that the article being replaced, it will be deleted.

Through the keys File:Keyarchive.png Image:tastopiu.png File:Keydiverse.png you can enter additional matches or correct missing ones.

The Image:tastomeno.png key clears the match.

The File:Keyavviasubstitution.png key initiates the substitution of recorded equivalences.
