How to manage the new Member Area

The new website https://www.operacompany.com offers a Member Area to all our customers where it will be possible to request assistance (technical or commercial), view archives (already owned or to be requested), and view your own files (videos, training materials, installation files).

Introduction
There are two ways to access this area:
- From the website - you need to enter your Dongle id and your Pin in the respective fields.
After entering them, click on Login.
- From the program - to use it, follow these instructions:
- Select Web Control Panel in the box on the software home page.
- Click OK in the box.
- The Web Tickets page will open, then select Login.
- From the menu, you can choose which activity to perform in your Member Area
- Tickets: to request technical and/or commercial assistance.
- Archives: to view your archives and request new ones.
- Links: to consult your videos or download installation files.
Technical and Commercial Assistance: Tickets
- To submit a technical and/or commercial ticket, select the Tickets option.
- The Tickets page will open, where you can filter Tickets by Type (All types, Technical, Commercial) and by Status (All Status, Open, Closed), or submit a new ticket.
- In the Type field, indicate whether you need technical or commercial assistance; also enter a description of the problem.
The Opera Company team will read your request and send the response to your page, which you can check using the same procedure described above.
Consulting and Requesting Series: Archives
- To consult the archives in your possession and/or request new series, select the Archives option.
- The Archives page will open, where you can view which systems and series are part of your database or request a new series by selecting the Request archive button.
- On the next page, a list of the archives already present in our system will be shown, allowing you to request the series of interest. To avoid scrolling through the entire list, you can enter the name of the system in the Filter by system name field.
- After making your selection, click on Send Request. The request will reach the sales office, which will send you the quotation.
Consulting Media and Documents: Links
- To consult media or documents that have been sent to you, select the Links option.
- The Links page will open, where you can view all your media and documents. The links in the list can be filtered by Type (All types, Media, Documents) or searched by name or description in the Search box.
