Profiles and accessories machining list

The function of this table is to allow checking of the machining operations loaded on profiles and accessories.

The table is generated by the program as machining operations are matched in the archives. Through the search fields it is possible to filter the list and check on which items a specific machining operation has been loaded.

Contents

Filter and search fields

The upper part of the window contains the fields used to define the search and display criteria.

  • Machining File:tastoc.png: pressing the associated button opens the list of machining operations, from which the operator can choose the machining operation to be checked. The list below will show only the matches relating to the selected machining operation.
  • Profile File:tastoc.png / Accessory File:tastoc.png: these fields open the profile or accessory selection window. By selecting an item, the list below shows only the machining operations loaded on the selected profile or accessory.
  • Sorting File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to define the display criterion of the machining operations in the list.

By choosing Machining, all machining operations are displayed with their related matches, according to the increasing order in which they are loaded in the archive. The Profile and Accessory items instead allow the matches to be displayed according to the linked item.

  • Autom File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to filter the machining operations according to the automation used for inserting or applying the machining operation.
  • Key for values: allows you to search for a key within the values associated with the machining operations.

Machining operations list

The left side of the window contains the list of machining operations and linked items.

The list shows the rows generated by the matches present in the archives. Each row shows the machining operation reference and the profile or accessory to which the machining operation is associated.

By selecting a row in the list, the right side of the window shows the detail data relating to the machining operation and the linked item.

Function buttons

The buttons in the center of the window allow you to manage or consult the machining operations loaded on the items.

  • The File:-.png button allows you to delete the machining operations loaded on the selected item.

  • The File:modifica.png button allows you to modify the settings of the machining operations loaded on the selected item, working directly in the profile or accessory archive.

  • The File:=.png button allows you to copy the machining operations loaded on the selected item to another item. The program opens the Copy machining operations window, where it is possible to copy the machining operation from one accessory to another. The accessory is selected in the Accessory selection window, which opens with the File:tastoc.png button.

  • The button: allows you to delete orphan machining operations.

  • The File:tastoexcel.png button allows you to view the data in table form.

Selected machining operation data

The right side of the window shows the data of the machining operation selected in the list.

  • Name: indicates the identification code of the machining operation.
  • Desc.: shows the description of the selected machining operation.
  • Type File:tastomenutendina.png: indicates whether the machining operation is associated with a profile or an accessory.
  • Profile / Accessory: shows the code of the profile or accessory linked to the machining operation.
  • Desc.: shows the description of the linked profile or accessory.

Automations and conditions table

The lower right part of the window contains the table with the conditions and automations associated with the machining operation.

The displayed columns are:

  • Autom: indicates the automation linked to the machining operation. If there is no specific automation, the field shows the item None.
  • Cond.: shows the condition that determines the application of the machining operation.
  • Offset: indicates any offset applied to the machining operation.
  • Position: indicates the reference position of the machining operation.
  • X: indicates the value or formula used to determine the position of the machining operation on the profile.

The table therefore allows you to check not only the presence of the machining operation on the item, but also the conditions under which it is applied.
