Note N.B: To create a Job report, from the Print menu select Job reports.

Below is the description of the contents of the window.

Contents

Section 0: filter fields

  • Keyword File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to enter search keys to make it easier to display the reports.


Section 1: Function buttons

  • The File:+.png button is used to start loading a new record.
  • The File:-.png button is used to delete a record from the archive.
  • The File:modifica.png button is used to modify the data of a record.
  • The File:=.png button is used to copy the data of a record.
  • The buttons allow you to define the position of the reports.
  • The file:tastoexcel.png button allows you to export the contents of the current window to a spreadsheet-format document, such as Excel. More information about using this function can be found on the dedicated page


Section 2: folder information

  • Name: name of the report folder.
  • Desc.: description of the report folder.
  • Keyword: It is possible to specify a custom key in this field for a faster search of the item.
  • File name format: specifies the file name format, which will be used during print preview.
  • Non-interactive: completes the folder printout without asking the operator for confirmation; for example, when printing a quotation, it does not ask to choose the currency.
  • Save attachment: if the field is enabled, it saves the document among the job attachments.
  • Do not overwrite: it is enabled if the previous field is selected and allows the program not to overwrite the attachment if it already exists, but to create a copy.
  • Send to webservice: allows the profile to be sent to the web portal if the Web Price Lists step is active.


Section 3: job report prints

In this section, the documents that must be part of the folder are selected.

  • The button is used to start loading a new record.
  • The button is used to delete a record from the archive.
  • The button is used to modify the data of a record.
  • The button is used to copy the data of a record.
  • The buttons allow you to define the position of the reports.


The buttons open the window where it is possible to insert, modify, and copy the document.

    • Document selection

In the Type field, choose the documents that must appear in the folder through a selection menu.

    • Print setup

The fields in this section allow you to set the document printout and match a title block.

    • Print format

It is also possible to specify a Print font and a Character ratio.

    • Machine selection

In the case of cutting lists or cutting optimization, it is possible to insert the reference machine in the document.

    • Other information

Additional information is related to the quotation or technical printouts and ranges from the choice of the Currency to the data to be entered in the Typology schedule data.

Note N.B: The fields in this window are enabled according to the document entered in the Type field; for example, if the Window Chart type is selected, the Currency, Print with price password and Window chart data fields can also be filled in.
