N.B: To access this window from Opera Job Management: open Options menu, then select Remote assistanceThis option allow the user to receive help desk support from Opera Technical department directly on local archives. Thus an Internet connection is required n order to perform the operation.
NOTE:The help desk connection can be established only after being enabled via phone call from Opera
