*'''Stampa su tutti i profili''': Activation of these boxes will cause worksheet to show all profiles of the type, both those related to the processing to which it refers and those passing through the inherent department that do not require processing; this function can be useful for printing worksheet addressed, for example, to the assembly department of the type where all profiles pass through anyway.

The upper part of the window contains the fields used to filter the machining sheet list.

*'''Rif. etichette (Riferimento etichette)''': The function of this box, is similar to the label reference previously explained in the Machining archive, the difference is that instead of determining the label reference to the profile, it is faster to set it on the worksheet, also for a possible change of the name of the department to which the sheet refers, if this eventuality arises, it will not be necessary to make the change on all profiles, but it will be sufficient to change the worksheet.

* '''Keyword''': allows you to search for a machining sheet using an identification keyword.

* '''Position''': allows you to filter or display machining sheets according to the set position.

*'''Costo orario''': You will recall that in the previous chapter, on the 'Job File, we explained how to set the cost per job, and the time per job. We also saw that with regard to time, the program develops the cost by calculating it based on the Workshop Work, previously determined in the Company Data.

This box on the Worksheets, allows you to determine an Hourly Cost, different from that on the Company Data. Thus, by determining a cost on the Worksheet, and then matching the sheet to the workings, the program to develop the production cost will take into account the cost set on the Worksheet and not on the Company Data. In this way it is possible to manage the cost of workings performed in departments or on machining centers, with special production costs

Select machining sheet

The Select machining sheet window allows you to select one of the machining sheets already present in the archive.

The window is used when the program requires a machining sheet to be matched or selected. The data displayed on the right are those registered in the archive and are used by the operator to check the selected sheet before confirming.

Contents

Filter and search fields

The upper part of the window contains the fields used to filter the machining sheet list.

  • Keyword: allows you to search for a machining sheet using an identification keyword.
  • Position: allows you to filter or display machining sheets according to the set position.

Machining sheet list

The left side of the window contains the list of available machining sheets.

By selecting an item in the list, the data linked to the selected machining sheet are displayed on the right.

In the example, the following items are present:

  • Arch center
  • CdL
  • MarcaturaCE
  • Serrature

Selected sheet data

The right side of the window shows the main data of the selected machining sheet.

These data are displayed for checking purposes and come from the machining sheets archive.

  • Name: indicates the name of the machining sheet.
  • Desc. File:tastoc.png: shows the machining sheet description.
  • Position: indicates the sheet position in the list or in the printout. The auto value indicates that the position is managed automatically by the program.
  • Code: shows the sheet reference code.
  • Keyword: shows the keyword associated with the machining sheet.

Economic data and classification

This section shows the economic data and classes linked to the selected sheet.

  • Hourly rate: indicates the hourly rate associated with the machining sheet.
  • Machine hourly cost: indicates the hourly cost of the associated machine.
  • Typology factor cost: indicates the cost factor linked to the typology.
  • turn off: indicates whether the machining sheet is disabled.
  • Margin rate: shows the margin rate associated with the sheet.

Displayed options

This section shows the options registered in the archive for the selected sheet.

  • Do not print: indicates whether the sheet is excluded from printing.
  • Print all profiles: indicates whether the sheet prints all profiles.
  • Units of measurement: shows the unit of measurement associated with the sheet.
  • Variables unit: shows the unit of measurement of the variables.
  • Cutting surplus: indicates the surplus applied to cutting.
  • Cut rounding: indicates the rounding applied to cutting measurements.
  • Print Machinings Ref.: shows the reference used for machining labels.
  • Exclude assembly dimensions: indicates whether assembly dimensions are excluded.

Position and machinery data

The lower part of the window displays the data linked to the position and machinery of the selected sheet.

  • Position: shows the position associated with the machining sheet.
  • Machinery: shows the machinery possibly associated with it.
  • Print clamping: indicates any setting for clamping printout.

Function buttons

  • The File:tastoarchivio.png button opens the Machining sheets archive, where the available sheets can be created or modified.
