This archive contains the information of the series that belong to a selected system. The main fields of the series are described below.
Section 1: Function buttons
- The
button starts the insertion of a new record.
- The
button deletes a record from the archive.
- The
button modifies the data of a record.
- The
button prints the detailed list of systems.
- The
button opens the Technical Catalogs Management window, which allows catalogs relating to the selected system and series to be entered.
- The
button allows you to export the contents of the current window to a spreadsheet-format document, such as Excel. More information about using this function can be found on the dedicated page.
Section 2: Series master data
- Name: this is the name of the series.
- Brand name: allows you to specify a different name for customer quotation printouts.
- System: shows the name of the system.
- Position: indicates the position of the series in the list. The value auto indicates that the position is managed automatically by the program.
- Code: allows you to enter the series code.
- Keyword: allows you to enter search keywords, separated by a space, for the series.
Section 3: Commercial data
If two or more series have the same prices, it is useful to assign the price list to only one series and indicate in this field the name of the series from which prices must be retrieved.
- Profile waste class
: in this field it is possible to enter the waste class applied to the profile cost.
- Accessories waste class
: in this field it is possible to enter the waste class applied to the accessory cost.
- Purchase list revision
: in this field it is possible to associate a purchase price list with the series.
Section 4: ID codes
- Specific ID codes: if enabled, allows a specific coding type to be applied to the identification codes for the typologies of this series.
It enables the ID code style
and Format fields.
Section 5: Machinings
- Structure ID
: automatically generates the structure ID: None, literal, numeric ID, numeric ID by column, or numeric ID by frame.
- Separator: allows you to define the separator used in the structure ID.
- From the right: if enabled, manages the structure ID generation starting from the right.
- Machining face type
: selects the assignment mode of the main face for the machinings of adjacent structures: Side, Opening priority, Fixed priority.
Section 6: Action buttons
