Job Attachments

Section 1: filter

• Type : filter field to select the attachment type (Job or Typology)

Section 2: the function keys

• The button is used to start the loading of a new registration.
• The button is for deleting a record.
• The button Is used for changing the data of a record.
• The button : is used to copy a record.
• The button : alows to show the attachment.
• The button allows you to export the contents of the current pane to a spreadsheet format document (e.g., Excel). More information on using this feature can be found in the dedicated page.

Section 3: Data

• Type: the job attachment type (Job or Typology).
• Name: the attachment name.
• Typology: shows the typology prefix.
• Worker: worker name.
• Desc./Note: job attachment description or note.
• Keyword: allows to insert a keyword for this item.
• Editable: indicates that the document can be modified using the appropriate button.
• Data import/export filter: pre-filled fields.

• Date/Hour: fields to show the date and the hour creation of the job attachment.

Section 4: the action keys

• The button allows to insert an image.
• The button opens the window to insert techical detail of the job attachment.
