Below is the description of the contents of the window.

Contents

Section 0: filter fields

  • Keyword File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to enter search keys to make it easier to display the reports.


Section 1: Function buttons

  • The File:+.png button is used to start loading a new record.
  • The File:-.png button is used to delete a record from the archive.
  • The File:modifica.png button is used to modify the data of a record.
  • The File:=.png button is used to copy the data of a record.
  • The buttons allow you to define the position of the reports.
  • The file:tastoexcel.png button allows you to export the contents of the current window to a spreadsheet-format document, such as Excel. More information about using this function can be found on the dedicated page


Section 2: folder information

  • Name: name of the report folder.
  • Desc.: description of the report folder.
  • Keyword: It is possible to specify a custom key in this field for a faster search of the item.

  • Non-interactive: completes the folder printout without asking the operator for confirmation; for example, when printing a quotation, it does not ask to choose the currency.
  • Save attachment: if the field is enabled, it saves the document among the job attachments.
  • Do not overwrite: it is enabled if the previous field is selected and allows the program not to overwrite the attachment if it already exists, but to create a copy.
  • Send to webservice: allows the profile to be sent to the web portal if the Web Price Lists step is active.
