The Window chart print settings window


Note N.B: To access this window in Opera Job Management:
  • from the Print menu, select Printer setup and then the File:tastoabacotip.png button;
  • in the Job window, select the File:tastoabacotip.png button from the window printing options;
  • in the Documents archive, select the button.


The Window chart print settings window allows you to configure the data to be shown in the Window Chart printout.

The window allows you to set the diagram display options, technical data, economic information, dimensions, area, perimeter, thermal transmittance, and other parameters linked to the commercial printout of the job.

The right side of the window contains the Window Chart preview, useful for checking the data layout before printing.


Contents

General print options

This section contains the main settings related to the display of typologies in the window chart.

  • Item preview: allows you to print the typology diagram in the document.
  • Hide inactive layers: if enabled, excludes inactive layers from the printout.
  • Print Item No.: if enabled, prints the typology identification number.
  • System and Series: if enabled, prints the system and series of the typology.
  • Print view: if enabled, prints the indication of the typology view.
  • Typology view type File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to define the type of view to use in the printout (Original, Interior, Exterior).
  • Print color diagrams File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to define whether to print the diagrams in color. In the example, the auto item is selected.
  • Item name: if enabled, prints the typology name.
  • Item codes: if enabled, prints the codes linked to the typology.
  • Print col. distinct int/ext: if enabled, prints the internal color and external color separately.
  • Description align. File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to define the position of the description in the printout. In the example, the Center item is selected.
  • Print optional typologies: if enabled, also includes optional typologies in the printout.
  • Item notes: if enabled, prints the notes linked to the typology.
  • Hide messages: if enabled, hides messages in the printout.


Economic options

This section contains the settings related to prices, taxable amounts, and discounts shown in the window chart.

  • Print sub-total before taxes: if enabled, prints the taxable subtotal before taxes.
  • Tax amount: if enabled, prints the document tax amount.
  • Print price groups: if enabled, prints the price groups associated with the typology.
  • Pane costs: if enabled, prints the pane costs.
  • Wall-support costs: if enabled, prints the wall-support costs.
  • No unit price: if enabled, does not print unit prices.
  • Second currency row: if enabled, prints the second currency on the row.
  • Hide final discount: if enabled, does not print the final discount.
  • Hide discounts: if enabled, hides discounts in the printout.


Dimensions and units of measurement

This section allows you to define how typology dimensions are printed.

  • No dimensions in chart: if enabled, does not print the typology dimensions in the window chart.
  • Decimals in item dimensions: if enabled, prints decimals in the item dimensions.
  • Max. item dimensions: if enabled, prints the maximum overall dimensions of the typology.
  • U.M. Length of typologies File:tastomenutendina.png: allows you to define the unit of measurement to use for typology lengths. The auto value indicates that the unit of measurement is managed automatically by the program.


Area and perimeter

Note N.B: If the window chart setup is accessed from the Documents archive, during configuration of the customized Window Chart, a new button will be enabled in the window: File:tastocaricadefault.png, which allows the print setup document settings to be loaded into the customized Window Chart.
