Section 1: filter
- Type
: filter field to select the attachment type (Job or Typology).
Section 2: the function keys
- The button
is used to start the loading of a new registration.
- The button
is for deleting a record.
- The button
is used for changing the data of a record.
- The button
: is used to copy a record.
- The button
: allows to show the attachment.
- The button
allows you to export the contents of the current pane to a spreadsheet format document (e.g., Excel). More information on using this feature can be found in the dedicated page.
Section 3: Data
- Type: the job attachment type (Job or Typology).
- Name: the attachment name.
- Typology: shows the typology prefix.
- Worker: worker name.
- Desc./Notes: job attachment description or note.
- Keyword: allows to insert a keyword for this item.
- Editable: indicates that the document can be modified using the appropriate button.
- Data import/export filter: pre-filled fields.
- Date/Hour: fields to show the date and the hour creation of the job attachment.
Section 4: the action keys
- The button
allows to insert an image.
- The button
opens the window to insert techical detail of the job attachment.
