Fields
- Date and Hour: they are date and hour.
- Title: it is the title of the note written in the diary
- Status: it refers to the job status
- Desc.: it is the title description
- Notes: they are notes relating to title and description
- Worker: it is possible to select operator that wrote the note in the diary or that found described information.
