Machining centers

N.B: Access this pane in Opera Job Management from the Workshop menu, select the Work Centers button. While from OperaCAM access via the Archives menu to the Work Centers item.

In order for the program to send the correct information for the execution of work programs, a number of parameters must be introduced.

General Data

• Nome: It is the name of the machine. Usually we choose to report the name of the manufacturer.
• Descrizione: This box shows the characteristics of the center.
• Icona : This box shows the machine logo matched to the center describing the machine.
• Gruppo: sets the group.
• Tronc. : profile cutting place.
• Ordinamento : specifies the ordering of the chunks in the file. File:Ordinamento2.png
• Invia tutti i tagli: if selected, sends all cuts, including those that do not contain machining, to the machining center
• Invia tagli fuorisquadra: if selected, sends cuts that cannot be made on the cut-off machine to the machining center.
• Saldatrice :
• Orienta telai : orient the cuts according to the largest dimension.

Ustensiles

The File:Tools.png button represents a link to the tools archive. Any additions or changes to tools can also be made in the framework opened by the button.

Morse

The File:Morse.png button opens the archive dedicated to uploading data inherent in the types of morse that are used in the work center.

Paramètres

The File:Parametricam.png button opens the tab in which to configure the work center parameters needed to send the correct machining.

Checklist

The File:Checklist.png button opens the tab Work center operation

Dizionario

The File:Dictionary.png button opens the Profile Dictionary archive dedicated to the machine location of profiles.

Timing

The File:Timingcam2.png button allows the setting of a protocol and path to collect machining time data. Available when using the OperaCAM Manual program or for some machining center manufacturers.

Macro

The File:Iso.png button opens the dedicated archive containing the default macros. See Macro work center
